No cameras are rolling when they go to work, but Alex, Luke and Nick Burrow are busy enough every week to shoot their own version of Property Brothers in Fountain Square.

Similar to HGTVs Jonathan and Drew Scott, the Burrow brothers are keeping it all in the family when it comes to their business,TKW Custom Homes.

Their latest project listed for $285,000 is an example of their modern, urban and twistedstyle.

Its not something you would traditionally see in the Midwest, Luke Burrow said. Its completely unique to Indianapolis.

The Burrow brothers have six residential projects in the works.

Each one has a different design, including the property for sale at 819 Spruce St. a standout on the block.

Its sky-blue exterior, triangle porch and hip geometric roof arehard to miss.

Inside, the home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open-concept living area.

Hardwood floors throughout the home are paired with modern finishes. A staircase adjacent to the living room showcaseswood repurposedfrom the home that formerly stood on the property.

The brothers pride themselves on building homes they would want to live in. Theyre millennials who got their start fixing up rental properties on the Westside.

They moved onto Fountain Square where theyve built some of the most distinctive homes in the neighborhood.

If you have driven through the south side of Fountain Square, their rental property at 1129 Cottage Ave. probably caught your eye.

The 2,300-square-foot rectangle home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a custom kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and two walk-out patios with views of the Downtown skyline.

The Burrows plan to continue to invest in Fountain Square, where more than 40 businesses have moved into the area within the last year.

Its the coolest place to be, Alex Burrow said sitting in the living room at 819 Spruce St. Its continued to surpass what we thought it would be. It continues to grow.
